Proposed transforming existing saltbox house to a shingle-style home by enlarging the original footprint, reprogramming the house with new layout and circulation, and reconfiguring the rooflines and façades. Studied local zoning and building code for site planning and schematic design of house and landscaping including a new pool, deck, and patio. A second phase would have allowed for another 1,000 SF addition.
