The neighborhood characteristics of Brooklyn warehouses were the inspiration behind the building’s interior design aesthetics, details, and finishes. The lobby and lounge combine concrete, weathered wood, burnished steel, and copper to evoke the industrial vision, and we designed a custom chandelier for the double-height space. FF&E items were sourced to complement and soften the look. The industrial aesthetic carries from the lobby to the fitness center, elevators, residential corridors, and into the apartment interiors.

Inspired by the High Line, the rooftop design includes different elevations to stroll, gather, and soak in the sun while surrounded by vegetation. A mix of fixed/movable seating and planters, accented by lighting, allows for flexibility day and night. There is a shaded area, a reflecting pool, and planters for residents to cultivate their rooftop garden.
