Interior gut renovation to combine two adjacent apartment units into one 3-bed 3-bath home. Each room is accentuated by contemporary details, like the open-corner fireplace in the living room and the curved niche in the entry hall. Thoughtful material and fixture choices were made to complement and accent the design.
